About OOLAP:
Old Oswestry Landscape and Archaeology Project is a sub-committee of Oswestry and Borders History and Archaeology group and is made up entirely of volunteers. Our first seminar in 2007 was developed as part of a partnership project run by Oswestry Borough Council, with the purpose of revitalising the area around Old Oswestry Hillfort. OOLAP developed from this project with the intention of continuing to raise the profile of Old Oswestry in continuing years. We are now completely independent and self funding.
